The lake is finally solidly frozen over. We have a new 330 acre spot for walking the dog. There are several skating rinks that have been cleared, but we cannot find any skates in Minneapolis! The only ones left are the $300+ hockey skates. Same goes for cross-country skis. I guess we're just going to have to resort to ice fishing.
Where the stream enters and exits the lake, there's no ice but plenty of ducks.
