Fishstiks Au Gratin Hot Dish

First try at a recipe from the Minnesota Hot Dish cookbook: Fishstiks Au Gratin Hot Dish.

It's basically scalloped potatoes with fishstiks and extra butter & cheese. Not bad, but a little too rich for me.
